This week do not rush past this.

There are places in your life that you cannot fix.

Not with more effort.
Not with better decisions.

Not even with time.

Things that sit deeper than behavior.

Patterns you’ve tried to break.

Weight you’ve tried to carry differently.

And quietly, without realizing it…
you begin to believe
that change depends on you.

But there is something God has already revealed
that speaks directly into that place.

His Name is Jesus (Yeshua) — Savior.

Not helper.
Not advisor.

Savior.

“And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus,
for He will save His people from their sins.”
— Matthew 1:21

This is not a suggestion.

It is a declaration.

He will save.

Not because you figured everything out.

Not because you finally got it right.

But because He came to do
what you could not.

This is what we often struggle to receive.

We believe in God.

We try to follow Him.

But when it comes to the deepest parts of our lives…

we still try to fix ourselves.

To clean things up.

To make ourselves acceptable.

But Jesus did not come
to assist your self-effort.

He came to save you from it.

From the weight of trying to become
what you were never meant to become on your own.

From the burden of carrying
what only He could carry.

And this is where everything changes.

You are not working your way toward salvation.

You are responding
to a Savior who has already come.

So, stop here and breathe for a moment.

What are you still trying to fix on your own?

What have you been carrying
as if it depends entirely on you?

You do not need more effort.

You need a Savior.

And His name is Jesus.

Where in your life are you still trying to save yourself?

What would it look like to fully trust Jesus as your Savior in that place?

Prayer

Jesus,

You are my Savior.

Not someone who helps me fix myself…
but the One who saves me completely.

Forgive me for the ways I have relied
on my own effort.

For the weight I have carried
trying to become right on my own.

Teach me to trust You fully.

To release what I cannot fix.

To rest in what You have already done.

You came for me.

You gave Yourself for me.

And I choose to trust You here.
