This week; do not rush past this.

There are moments when everything feels unstable.

Opinions shift.

Emotions change.

Circumstances move faster than you can process them.

And in that place…
it becomes difficult to know what is actually true.

Not just intellectually.

But deeply.

What can be trusted.

What remains steady
when everything around you feels uncertain.

And slowly, without realizing it…
confusion begins to shape the way you think.

But truth is not something God left you to create on your own.

His Name is The Truth.

Not one truth among many…

but the foundation beneath all things.

“Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life.’”
— John 14:6

Jesus did not simply teach truth.

He embodied it.

Perfectly.

Completely.

Unchangingly.

This is what we often forget.

We search for stability
in things that constantly move.

In feelings that shift.

In opinions that change with time.

In voices that grow louder
but not necessarily truer.

And over time,
the noise becomes exhausting.

Because your soul was never meant
to be anchored in uncertainty.

It was meant to be anchored in Him.

The Truth does not change
when circumstances do.

He does not become less trustworthy
because life feels unclear.

He remains steady
when everything else feels unstable.

And this is where peace begins to return.

Not when you finally understand everything…

but when you stop building your life
on things that cannot hold the weight of it.

So, stop here and breathe for a moment.

What has been shaping your thinking lately?

What voices have become louder than truth?

You do not need to anchor yourself
in what constantly shifts.

You have been given something steady.

Someone steady.

And His truth remains.

Reflect

What has been influencing your thoughts and emotions the most lately?

What would change if you anchored yourself in the unchanging truth of Jesus?

Prayer

Jesus,

You are the Truth.

Not shifting.
Not unstable.

But steady in every season of life.

Forgive me for the ways I have allowed
other voices to shape my thinking more than Yours.

For the places I have anchored myself
in things that cannot hold me steady.

Ground me in what is true.

Quiet the confusion within me.

Teach me to build my life
on what does not change.

Let Your truth become stronger in me
than fear, uncertainty, or emotion.

You are the Truth.

And I will trust You here.

Amen.

If you need a place to become grounded in truth again this week…
